In my recent interview with Zoom News Media, I spoke about my ongoing work to promote Kurdish human rights and national issues through my role with the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) in the UK.
I emphasized the importance of collaboration with UK media and civil society to elevate the Kurdish file and open doors for Kurdish refugees and activists to speak out, free from borders, bureaucracy, or fear. As a Kurdish member of NUJ, I’m committed to building a strong, meaningful network that pushes our cause forward. Both KDP and PUK have been mentioned as two unwanted powers in Kurdistan that spend millions to beautify their governing but we work to show a more clear situation of Kurdish people to the UK authorities and communities.
