As I delivered my final speech to Fersan, I reflected on the incredible journey we’ve shared since 2018. Over the years, I dedicated more than 10,000 hours, worked tirelessly through late nights, and invested significant resources—all without expecting anything in return—solely to contribute to the development of our community.
Leaving Fersan is bittersweet, as this organization has become more than just a platform for change; it has become a family I can always rely on. While this is a temporary goodbye, I promise that when I return, I will bring with me the most creative and innovative ideas from around the world to inspire and elevate this beautiful “small world” of ours.
Thank you for being my family, my strength, and my motivation. I will miss you all deeply.
