On 10th July 2023, I hosted an Afternoon Tea Activity with the talented Mr. Hana Sherzad, titled “How Do You Evaluate Your Team Members?” This session brought together a dynamic group of young individuals eager to learn about team management.
In a relaxed and interactive atmosphere, Mr. Sherzad shared practical strategies to assess team members’ skills, recognize their strengths, and address areas for growth. The discussion emphasized the importance of collaboration and constructive feedback in fostering team success.
This enriching activity provided participants with actionable insights to enhance their leadership and teamwork abilities. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sherzad for his valuable contribution and to the participants for their active engagement.
