On February 21, 2021, I had the privilege of presenting a seminar on teamwork to a group of dedicated activists in Erbil. During the seminar, I used real-life examples and focused on the characteristics of leadership to illustrate the importance of effective teamwork.
I shared key insights into how leaders can inspire cooperation, foster collaboration, and cultivate a supportive team environment. The seminar emphasized how understanding and leveraging individual strengths within a team leads to success and positive outcomes.
This session served as an opportunity for activists to reflect on their own roles within teams and to learn strategies for working harmoniously toward shared goals.
