I designed and organized the “Fersan Talks” competition, which was aimed at enhancing communication and public speaking skills among Fersan Organization members. The competition engaged approximately 60 participants, who presented their talks on various topics, showcasing their ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Throughout the process, we conducted a systematic interview with a team of professionals who assessed the participants’ performances. As a judge for the debates, I had the opportunity to witness incredible growth in the participants over the course of the competition. After one month of working on the project, the experience was truly rewarding, as we saw how the participants’ skills improved, and we were left with valuable insights into their potential.
This competition provided Fersan members with a platform to express their ideas, build confidence, and refine their public speaking abilities, while also fostering a spirit of collaboration and constructive feedback.
