During the quarantine period, Diyar Harki, General Manager of Fersan Organization, led a unique online course titled “Strengthen Your CV”.
Held on April 23-24, 2020, the 6-hour course attracted 100 participants and focused on both theoretical and practical aspects of CV building. Diyar Harki shared key strategies on how to improve a CV to make it stand out in the competitive job market, offering advice on how to present skills, experience, and accomplishments effectively.
The course received an overwhelmingly positive response, with participants reporting 100% satisfaction and going beyond expectations, showing a 140% level of engagement.
