On April 3, 2019, the first two days of the “Be an Effective Teacher” course were successfully completed. This training, which is part of a multi-day program, focuses on providing educators with the skills needed to improve their teaching effectiveness.
The course, designed and managed by Diyar Harki and the Fersan Organization team, kicked off with seminars on how to effectively use Microsoft Office tools in teaching. The sessions were expertly led by Rostam Hatam Mustafa, a skillful trainer who shared practical insights on integrating technology into the classroom.
The first two days have already provided educators with essential skills to improve their teaching methods, with more to come in the following sessions. This course is designed to empower teachers, helping them enhance their instructional capabilities and better engage with their students.
