On October 16, 2018, the founding staff of Fersan Organization—Diyar Harki, Hadi Najmuddin, Sara Tahsin, Asma Jalaluddin, and Ashna Yousef—held a significant meeting with Dr. Sirwan Arab, Dean of the College of Basic Education at Salahaddin University, in Erbil.
